Position Available – order Entry Clerk

(seasonal, FULL TIME POSITION)

Kalamazoo Flower Group is seeking a candidate to become an Order Entry Clerk in our distribution warehouse office in Galesburg, MI. This is an hourly wage, seasonal position, paying $11/hour, beginning in March and running through early June. Weekly hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, from 8am to 5pm. 

Order Entry Clerks are responsible for supporting our operations & sales departments with order entry, returns processing, phone calls, and other basic office tasks as needed. Ideal candidates will be self motivated, able to multitask, communicate clearly with others, and work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be reliable and dedicated to the goal of meeting daily office needs. 

Requirements:

• Must be available M-F, from 8am to 5pm.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have a H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have excellent data entry skills.
